Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment. They are sent via La Poste and delivered without signature. Packages can also be sent via an Express courier company and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs.
Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs
The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all of your items
in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected. Prices: Our prices are without taxes. Customs fees, taxes of all kinds may be charged by the administration or customs of each country, upon delivery, which do not appear in the total price of our invoice.
